For three years, founder Kacper N. repaired laptops in Hamburg — on the strongest days, up to 300 devices went through his hands in a single day: diagnosed, repaired, tested and given a second life. But he was never just the technician. At his previous company he built and maintained the complete company website, ran the HR department, handled customer service, programmed automation and fixed everything technical — from mainboards to the phone system.
Along the way he did something bigger: he brought people into work who everyone else had rejected — refugees without papers, people who spoke no German, a man in a wheelchair. He found the funding, did the paperwork, translated, mediated — and every one of them turned out to be an incredibly hard worker.
